Youth ages 10-18 are invited to collaborate with local artists and create original art and designs for the newest park at the Heights. Share your ideas, get creative, and be part of something new! No registration required—just drop in! More details below.
Welcome, thank you for joining the conversation!
Help us design your new city park! Saint Paul’s Parks and Recreation Department wants to hear from you to inform the design for a dynamic place for current and future residents.
The former “Hillcrest Golf Course” is now branded “The Heights” and includes 112 acres of land in the northeast corner of Saint Paul. As part of the 2022 master plan, the development includes a 5-acre city-owned park. The Department of Parks and Recreation’s will lead visioning, planning and construction.
During the engagement process, there will be an emphasis on developing the character of the park to tie it into the community. We want to hear your ideas for amenities, and suggestions for naming the park. Your suggestions, feedback and stories will be used to shape the design.
This is the place for you to participate. Engagement is now open and we want to hear your thoughts about the new park. Check out the different tools on this site and let us know what you want to see.
