2050 Comprehensive Plan Survey and Mapping Activity

Every 10 years, the City of Saint Paul is required to update its city-wide comprehensive plan. The Comprehensive Plan serves as Saint Paul’s “blueprint” for guiding development in the city over the next 20 years, and it helps inform things like zoning approvals, policy decisions, public expenditures, and other city functions.

As part of the planning process for developing the policy framework for the next comprehensive plan, we need to hear from you! This survey and mapping exercise will help the city know issues that are important to you as we work to create policies for the 2050 Comprehensive Plan.
