How do I use the Breakout Room feature for the Family Traditions live event?

Breakout rooms will be hosted on Zoom. Here are a couple tips to ensure you can access Zoom and participate in the conversation.

The breakout room experience works best on the downloaded application. Here are tips for using the application on your computer.

1. Download the Zoom application to your computer (City staff, please be sure you adhere to virtual meetings tools policy for Zoom.)
2. If you already have the Zoom application downloaded, ensure your version is 5.3 or newer.

To choose a breakout room, find the Breakout Rooms icon in the bottom of the screen.

When you are in a breakout room, use the blue Leave button to get back to the main meeting.

Please use the chat feature if you have difficulty finding or using the breakout rooms feature.
